Job Descriptions :

  • Manage the administration and maintenance of company records databases accurately
  • File and archive information that ensures easy retrieval of information
  • Type up information as requested accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in relation to all matters and information concerning the Company
  • Prepared all document , PTW follow site specific from Safety Management Plans for all Sites workers
  • Organizing all site requirements for construction projects
  • Assisting the Safety Officers , Purchasing of safety equipment
  • Responsible for the recording and filing of documents and correspondence for the Project.
  • Responsible for the document retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation.
  • Co-ordinates with Managers, Engineers and Superintendents on documentation control.
