Training & Marketing Executive (Sara Resorts Management Sdn Bhd) – Kuching

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To be responsible for all training and development programmes offered by Sara Resorts Management, both public and in-house programmes
  • Identifying, developing, carrying out marketing campaigns or activities for training and development programmes to the corporate audience
  • Approaching potential clients/corporate for training and development programmes
  • Creating and managing the production of effective marketing materials including brochures, flyers & social media platforms
  • Maintaining schedule for public training and external in-house training
  • To do active marketing on available training opportunities to employees and the public and provide necessary information
  • Conduct and monitor organization needs assessment to identify skills and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed when requested by clients
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
  • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Assisting in managing the budget for marketing operation
  • Assisting the end to end training process (both onsite and offsite) with the head of the training programme that includes :
    • Gather relevant information (logistics, materials, facilities, equipment before, during & after course delivery
    • Keep track of participant registration and enrolment details in the training database
    • Keep track on the invoice of the participants/client attending the training
    • Liaise with the trainers prior to the training to assist planning
    • Provide assistance to the trainer and participants during the training programme

REQUIREMENT :

  • Must possess at least Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or other related fields
  • Can speak and write in English fluently
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transport
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to establish and build a good relationship with the customer
  • Project a positive image of the company
  • Good work attitude, able to do multitask and sense of responsibility
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

WORKING HOUR :

  • MONDAY – FRIDAY ( 8.00AM — 5:00PM )
  • DRESS CODE OFFICE WEAR
